Why Sun Dried Black is different
Most black olives in a pouch or can are lye-cured and cooked. Ours ripen on the tree, then dry-cure slowly in sea salt and get a coat of extra virgin olive oil. Never heated, never pasteurized.
01 · Tree-ripened
Picked once they've turned black on the tree, not dyed or oxidized to look that way. That's where the deep, almost raisin-like flavor comes from.
02 · Dry-cured, oil-finished
Slow-cured in sea salt, then finished in extra virgin olive oil. Wrinkled, chewy and rich, and easy to eat on the go.
03 · USA grown
Organic black olives grown and packed in the USA, from family farms. One country, fully traceable.
