Where we ship
Brine Snacks ships to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or severe weather.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Storage
Our pouches are sealed for freshness. Refrigerate after opening.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@brinesnacks.com right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy and we'll make it right.
