Why Garlic & Herb is different
All the flavor. None of the cooking.
Most flavored olive snacks get their taste from oils and heat. Ours soak for weeks in a live sea-salt brine with real organic garlic and Italian herbs, so the flavor goes all the way through the olive.
01 · Never heated
Cured slow, not cooked
Weeks in sea-salt brine instead of a quick cook. The cultures stay live and the olive keeps its snap.
02 · Real garlic & herbs
Flavor you can see
Organic dried garlic and Italian herbs go into the brine itself. No "natural flavors", no flavored oil. The brine is just as good to sip.
03 · USA grown
California, start to finish
Organic green olives grown and packed in the USA, from family farms. One country, fully traceable.

What's in the pouch
Small pouch. Big flavor.
Every pouch is a single-person snack: tear the notch, eat the olives, sip the brine, zip it back up.
Pitted, but may contain pit fragments. Refrigerate after opening.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
How garlicky is it?
Savory and noticeable, but balanced. The garlic and Italian herbs are cured into the olives in the brine, so it tastes like a well-seasoned olive, not raw garlic.
What does "live-fermented" mean?
Our olives are cured slowly in sea-salt brine over weeks and are never heated or pasteurized, so the naturally occurring cultures aren't cooked off. Most shelf-stable olive snacks are heat-treated.
Can I really drink the brine?
Yes, that's the idea. It's olives, water, organic garlic and herbs, organic vinegar and sea salt, naturally rich in sodium and potassium. Keep in mind it's salty: each serving of olives has 200mg sodium, and the brine adds more.
What are the green flecks?
Organic dried Italian herbs and garlic from the brine. They're meant to be there.
Are they completely pitted?
They're pitted, but like all pitted olives they may contain the odd pit fragment. Chew with care.
Do they need to be refrigerated?
Refrigerate after opening. The zip reseals, so you can keep a half-eaten pouch in the fridge.
Are they keto, vegan and gluten free?
Yes. 3g carbs and 3g fiber per serving, no animal ingredients, no gluten, and Non-GMO.
How many olives are in a pouch?
Each 3.2oz pouch has 2 servings of about 4 olives, plus the brine. It's a single-person snack, not a sharing jar.
Where do they come from?
Grown and packed in the USA, from California family farms.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7. Shipping is free over $50. See our shipping policy.
